It's been quiet around here so I thought I'd share what I picked up yesterday.
I finally found a much needed original 1975 4 speed tranny with starter...in fact I found 2! Along with it I got 2 complete 1.5l engines with all the emission crap and manifolds. The shop I bought them from has had them almost 20 years!
On another hunt I found a shop that has a brand new from the factory (not rebuilt) in the box 1.5l engine! The guy's had it for almost 25 years!
It's still sealed from VWoA. Trying to tie the owner down to see how much he wants for it.
Looks like I have all my hard to find items in stock now. Time to get this thing in the bodyshop!
