More or less just wanted to say Hello to all on the board. I'm currently looking for an early Rabbit for a "race" project I'm working on. I'd really like a swallowtail but they're impossible to find as most of you guys know. Just trying to get as much info on early cars as I can so if I do find one I know what to look for.

Any advice for an early car newbie? Like who's backyard I can get a rust free 75 shell from

There are quite a few race (IT and GT) Rabbits already out there. You should be able to find something to start with. There were a couple floating around on vortex for a while. Good luck, and welcome!
